Registration Fee Payment Options

Reminder: New player registration is not complete until we receive proof of the player's age.  Please FAX a copy of the player's birth certificate or passport to (650) 475-1831.  Or, you may mail a photocopy to the Registrar at the PO box address listed below.

AYSO Region 43 accepts checks mailed to our P.O. box address listed below. Or, you may use our secure online shopping cart.

Online Payment Instructions

  1. Enter one player's first and last name in the boxes provided and then click "Add to Cart".  This will advance your browser to a new page that shows the contents of your PayPal shopping cart.
  2. If you have more players to add or if you wish to make a donation to AYSO Region 43, click "Continue Shopping" on the PayPal shopping cart page to return to this page.
  3. Repeat the above steps until you have all of your players and donations in your shopping cart.  (If you are viewing this page, you may click the "View Cart" button to see what items are already in your shopping cart.)
  4. Use the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping cart page to complete your transaction.

Tax deductible donations to AYSO Region 43 are strictly optional.  The money is used to fund player fees for families in need of financial assistance, to enhance our soccer programs, to replace old equipment, and to assist the local schools and parks with soccer field development and maintenance costs.  If you choose to make a donation, you will receive a receipt.  Contact the Registrar if you have any questions.

Payments By Check

If you prefer to pay by check, please follow these instructions:
  1. Make your check payable to AYSO Region 43
  2. Write the player's full name(s) on the check
  3. Do not send us your player's registration forms; coaches will collect these when practices begin.
  4. If you wish to make a tax deductible donation at this time, you may write a single check for the donation and your registration fees.  Include a note on your check or in your envelope so that we know that you intended to make a donation.
  5. Mail your check to our post office box.
