Referee's,

For the majority of you, you have a kid playing in the system.  You are invited to join your kids team for their group picture in your referee uniform.  Each player automatically receives their team picture and so you can be captured for posterity with your child that you were a part of the league as well.  If you have more than one kid, you can decide how many of the photos you want to be in.  You can order more copies of the group photo if you want via your players package.

Currently, we do not have any mechanism for referee's to get individual photos and packages (like players).  Also, there is no mechanism for referee's without players in the system to get a photo taken.  If you know one of the coaches well, you can ask him to be a part of their team photo and ask if you can order an extra copy through his kid player's package.  We will work on providing some mechanism for refs to get photos in future years.

P.S. I am thinking about seeing if we can arrange for trading cards to be developed for referees in the future.  Photo on the front and stats on the back (like sports players or policeman have).  Something you can then hand out.  Maybe a way to break the ice in youth games (u12 and lower).  Could provide an incentive by having the referee hand out one card to a player on each team at each game for good sportsmanship.  Then the player that collects the most cards at the end of the year wins an award.  Ideas welcome.
